Good morning j,
Sol Acres has not fulfilled 5 years minimum occupation period thus single SC or SPR is not eligible to buy any unit under special to sell at the moment.
Care to share more about your requirements and budget? Let me see whether i have alternative for you.

1) Sol Acres was TOP in 2018, therefore you are only able to buy units over there in 2023.
2) Note that you are also not eligible to purchase any unit that has received approval to sell before meeting MOP.
3) I would suggest you look for others since this is still 2 years away especially under the current constant rising in property prices.
4) In a normal situation, our saving is rarely able to catch up with the rising speed of property price. You will have to adjust your expectation by then as well.
